Design size must be small to medium only. If the size sent in the image doesn’t match this I will contact you to redesign or discuss
Design Image must be sent within 24 hours through my Contact page
TNT from agreed design and mold run is 14 Business days unless otherwise agreed on
Free Local Pickup or Postage by Preferred Source at cost to buyer
Where design needs adjusting due to buyers request, minor changes will incur no fee. Moulds and postage at buyers cost.
Major changes incurred an hourly rate, must be paid in full for delivery
